Nous sommes heureux d\u2019informer l\u2019ensemble de nos partenaires que le groupe Profert, \u00e0 travers sa filiale Profert agri<\/strong>, a acquis une participation majoritaire dans la p\u00e9pini\u00e8re Grow Algeria<\/strong>. Cette p\u00e9pini\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e par des partenaires alg\u00e9riens, Tunisiens et Hollandais. Profert agri<\/strong> a acquis la participation du partenaire alg\u00e9rien.<\/p>\n

Le groupe Hollandais Grow<\/strong> est connu pour \u00eatre un des leaders en Hollande dans la production de plants maraichers et le partenaire Tunisien, le Groupe Hortimag<\/strong>, est leader en Tunisie dans la production du plant maraicher.<\/p>\n

Cette acquisition fait partie de la strat\u00e9gie de diversification. Cette strat\u00e9gie, qui sera d\u00e9clin\u00e9e \u00e0 travers sa filiale Profert agri<\/strong>, vise \u00e0 faire du groupe Profert<\/strong> un op\u00e9rateur important dans la production de produits agricoles destin\u00e9s principalement \u00e0 l\u2019export.<\/p>\n

Plusieurs projets ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s et certains sont, d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0, en phase de r\u00e9alisation.<\/p>\n

Nous croyons que l\u2019agriculture deviendra le poumon essentiel de l\u2019\u00e9conomie alg\u00e9rienne et nous sommes engag\u00e9s, en amont et en aval, \u00e0 participer \u00e0 ce d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n
